Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
     

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
     

Order Tracking

  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your order’s journey right to your door.
     

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • While we’re not responsible for shipping carrier delays, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve issues.

  • If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, email us at support@pearlsandthorns.com within 7 days of delivery.
